The location is great. Really close to Bencoolen MTR. The TV is great for YouTube. The reception staff and housekeepers are good too. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff were very reassuring and accommodating. This was my guests' time in Singapore and the staff managed to sort an early check-in, taxis for us, a room upgrade and a late check-out for them.

The hotel was only able to confirm whether early check-in was possible on the day. It would be great if, for example, early check-in could be confirmed ahead of time, even if at a fee.

we had a large number of rooms as we brought a netball team to Singapore. The rooms were smaller than we expected, however they were clean and the hotel location more than made up for this. The staff in general were excellent, very helpful and responsive. We were able to use the gym area and the pool, plus the little garden. Staff were very understanding and supportive. Kelli on reception was a big help to us throughout our stay.

Breakfast could be better for the price charged. The selection wasn't great compared to other hotels we have used. We ended up eating breakfast outside for 3 of the 5 mornings. Everything else was very good and we have no complaints
